Bury Town are delighted to announce another high quality appointment to the management team as Paul Musgrove has joined newly appointed manager Cole Skuse in the dugout ahead of the 2023-24 season.
The former Stowmarket Town boss has been appointed assistant manager and is the first appointment by Skuse as he shapes up his side following his appointment.
Paul had a successful spell with our near neighbours Stow and lead them to the Isthmian League North play off’s in their first season at Step 4, before leaving the club on good terms half way through last season. Paul will lead our recruitment going into the new season and his experience of the local non-league scene will be a vital asset to the club.
Chairman Russell Ward said “I am delighted that Muzzy is joining the club and he will be a great addition for us. He has great respect in the local football scene and I know his hardwork will pay off for us in the long run and I am sure that Cole and him will be an excellent team. I know that they have had meetings already and are hard at work with planning for the new season.
