Injury time equaliser sees Hulbridge grab a share of the points

Bury Town were in control for most of the game but Hulbridge Sports made the Blues pay for mistakes at the back. Bury had good chances in the first half but some great goal keeping from Lewis Greene denied Bury multiple time between the sticks. On 17 minutes Ross Crane had a golden opportunity for Bury when a cross into the box fell to him but he shot straight at Greene who made a good stop. On 22 minutes Cruise Nyadzayo fought hard to win the ball on the edge of the box and set up Cemal Ramadan who shot was saved well by Greene. On 28 minutes another cross into the box was headed on by Ollie Fenn to Ramadan who shot high and wide. The half became scrappy as the game progressed, with both sides hitting too many wayward long balls. Bury had a couple of late chances first from Nyadzayo who got forward and cross the ball into the box for Ramadan, but the cross was cleared by the defence. A late corner from Bury was headed just over the bar by Joe White.
