Late drama as Bury turn the game on its head in the last 10 minutes
Injury hit Bury Town suffered another blow as they lost first choice 'keeper Daniel Barden midway through the first half with a knee injury and with no substitute keeper named on the bench defender Will Gardner took one for the team and put on the keeper gloves. On 8 minutes David Hinton had a chance for Dereham from close range but a superb stop from Barden sent the ball out of play. On 16 minutes Ryan Stafford got forward for Bury but had his shot deflected out of play. Bury had another good chance on 19 minutes with Ollie Hughes winning the ball and going on into the box then playing a pass to Lounes Foudil but he put his shot wide of the far post. On 30 minutes came the departure of Daniel Barden for Bury. Foudil had a great chance for Bury on 44 minutes but his shot was saved by the foot of Dereham keeper Elliot Pride. With the game deep in to first half injury time a loose ball in the Bury box fell to Adam Hipperson to tap in to give Dereham a half time lead.

Bury came out second half on a mission. On 50 minutes Tommy Smith made a charge down the wing and into the box but his pass was intercepted and sent upfield. Ollie Hughes went close for Bury on 67 minutes with a bullet header from close range which Elliot Pride did well to get a hand to and send the ball over the bar. On 79 minutes Dereham had a chance from a corner but Dion Frary headed over the bar. Bury had to wait until the 85th minutes to get a well-deserved equaliser from a corner which was riffled in by Ryan Stafford. In second half injury time Bury were awarded a penalty after Tomas Snapkauskas who had already been warned by the referee for pushing and shoving in the box clearly pushed Ollie Hughes to the ground and Cemal Ramadan coolly scored from the spot to give Bury the win and take Bury back up to 4th in the Isthmian North table.
