Bury Town made it eleven games unbeaten to move up another place to fourth in the league.

Cemal Ramadan got the ball rolling for Bury Town on 19 minutes when Luke Brown played a chip over the defender and Ramadan followed suit when he lifted the ball over the 'keeper to give Bury the lead.
Maldon & Tiptree took advantage of a mistake at the back from Bury on 24 minutes but Harrison Chatting shot wide with his effort on goal. Bury went two goals up on 33 minutes when Joe White played a great cross to the far side of the box for Oliver Yun who put a good ball into the far post for Luke Brown to tap in from close range.
On 37 minutes Max Maughn went on a run and got to the edge of the box before two defenders closed in to win the ball back. Then a minute later Bury went three goals up when Max Maughn put in a good challenge to win the ball high up the pitch and his ball into the box was cleared but only as far as Ollie Canfer who shot from the edge of the box and a slight deflection took the ball past the 'keeper.
On 42 minutes Harrison Chatting tried his luck from distance for Maldon but his shot went wide of the near post.
In added time at the end of the half Maldon won a free kick in a dangerous area but Harry Phillips blasted his shot high over the bar. Maldon saw plenty of the ball first half but it was Bury who took a healthy lead into interval.

Half Time: Maldon & Tiptree 0 Bury Town 3

After the break Maldon came out fighting but it was Bury who went further in front when they made it four on 59 minutes, Max Maughn won the ball and charged forward to deliver the ball and Oliver Yun found the back of the net.
Then the momentum of the game changed as Maldon went up a gear. On 62 minutes Maldon went on the attack with Milton Oni putting a cross into the box but Joe White was on hand to head clear for Bury.
On 64 minutes Louie Remi was allowed to go on a long run down the wing and into the box before Lewis O’Malley put in a challenge to win the ball back for Bury.
Maldon’s persistence paid off on 66 minutes when a cross into the box was guided home by George Smith. On 74 minutes Bury were guilty of giving a cheap ball away and Terrell Egbri had a go from distance but the ball went way wide of the target.
Then on 77 minutes Milton Oni grabbed a second goal for Maldon when he treaded the ball through a crowed box and into the back of the net.
Straight after the goal there was a lengthy delay due to an injury to the assistant referee for the second time this season and 16 minutes of added time was to be played. Maldon went all out and Bury had to sit back and defend for the rest of the game but the Blues stayed solid at the back and took home all three points at the final whistle.
