Bury Town are delighted that goalkeeper Luis Tibbles has been selected by the Football Association to play for an England XI in an ambassadorial visit to the Falkland Islands in November.

The side will be managed by England 'C' manager Paul Fairclough and this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the squad selected to represent their country. The players have been selected from clubs at Step 3 and Step 4 across the whole country.

The squad will assemble on Wednesday 7th November, before flying out to the Falkland Islands and returning on Tuesday 13th November.

The club would like to offer their congratulations to Luis and are delighted his hard work and performances have been rewarded and we wish him all the best on the trip.
