Bury Town are pleased to welcome back a familiar face to the squad as Ryan Horne has returned following a year away travelling and signed for the club ahead of the new season.
Horne first made his debut for the club in August 2018 and has gone on to be a popular and important member of the squad. He made 9 appearances at the start of the 2022-23 season before leaving the club to go travelling. Having now returned to the area and after being approached by the new management team, he was keen to re-join the club.
Manager Cole Skuse said “I was aware that Ryan was an important member of the squad before he left to go abroad so it was an easy decision for us to ask him back to the club. I understand that he is popular with the other members of the team that have been here for some time and with him having several seasons of experience of this league he will be a key member of the team going forward”
Cole Skuse and Paul Musgrove has also agreed with terms with several members of last season’s squad and these will be announced over the coming days as the squad begins to take shape.
