Inside the Blues #5

The U8s Colts compete in the Suffolk Youth Football League and have were formed this season alongside the U8s Rams and have been together for two seasons as a group.

This season has been extremely successful and we have progressed from 5 a side football to 7 a side football and the boys have really grown in confidence both individually and as a team.

The team boast a 100% league  record for the season and have displayed strong teamwork, togetherness, respect and a real willingness to learn.

Our goals for the coming season will be to develop individual and team skills, build on our introduction to 7 a side football, but above all, to have fun!
Our moto is 'win or lose, come on you Blues'.

In addition to being U8 Colts Coach I am Finance Officer on the committee for the Youth Section. I assist with registration payments, disciplinary fines and other finance matters with the aim of maximising revenue for our youth teams.

As a Bury Town fan I am more than happy to help the club in any way possible.
I love coaching my team and helping the club. I am extremely proud to have the opportunity to use my training and experience to help our young people and our great club.
