Bury Town FC are delighted to announce that following discussions between the Board and the Management Team, Cole Skuse and Paul Musgrove have committed their futures to the Club and will continue to lead the Blues in the 2026-27 season.
Since joining the Club in the summer of 2023, the pair have brought continued success with two step 4 play-off campaigns in their first two seasons, culminating in returning the Club to step 3 of the non-league pyramid with last season’s dramatic play off final victory.
The 2025-26 season has been another one of continued progress with a solid season so far in the Southern League Premier Division Central, sitting in a comfortable 12th place ahead of the final run in, as the club looks to establish itself back at this level.
Russell Ward, chairman said “We are delighted to have secured an early agreement with Cole and Paul to remain as Manager and Assistant Manager respectively for next season. This early agreement allows them to begin preparations for the 2026-27 campaign to ensure that we are ready to hit the ground running again in August. We have all been pleased with the progress we have made this season at a higher level and look forward to seeing continued progress both on and off the pitch”
