Bury Town are pleased to welcome Danny Cullum from on loan from Ipswich Town as the 17 year old goalkeeper joins for the 2023/24 season in the Isthmian League North Division.

Cullum was on loan at Thurlow Nunn League side Brantham Athletic last season and had a successful spell in between the sticks and now makes the step up to Step 4, joining Cole Skuse's new look squad.

Danny has been at Ipswich Town since the age of 8 and worked his way up through the academy at Playford Road to earn a full time scholarship in May 2022. He has played several times for Ipswich Town U18's as well as his spell at Brantham.

Cole Skuse had to say "I would like to welcome Danny to the club and thank Ipswich Town for trusting us with one of their highly rated players. Danny will gain valuable experience with us this season as well as continuing to train and play with Ipswich. I know he is looking forward to stepping up to a higher level of football with us and I am sure he will be a key part of the team for what we hope is a successful season.
