Bury Town recorded a 7-2 victory over Suffolk & Ipswich League champions Crane Sports on Saturday afternoon in their final pre-season friendly.
Ben Chenery used the opportunity to field two different sides in each half. Cranes had the first chance on goal which was ruled out for offside, before Tanner Call gave Bury the lead in the 3rd minute before Cemal Ramadan doubled the lead via the penalty spot.
Ramadan made it 4-0 to Bury with clinical strikes in the 23rd and 30th minute to give Bury a commanding advantage, but despite this the visitors kept going and pulled a goal back in the 42nd minute.
It was in the 52nd minute that Cemal Ramadan scored his 4th goal of the game, with Emmanuel Machaya making it 6-1 in the 56th minute.
Jake Chambers Shaw finally got the goal he had been searching for in the 89th minute, before Cranes had time to find their second goal of the game in the 92nd minute in what proved to be a useful work out for Ben Chenery's side.
