Bury Town have been drawn away to Brightlingsea Regent in the FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round.
The tie pits last season’s two Isthmian North Division Play Off Finalists together again, the Blues winning a close game 1-0 in front of over 2,000 at the Getaway Cars back in early May. Regent beat Hullbridge Sports 2-1 in the Preliminary Round on Saturday while the Blues have been exempt to this stage due to our Step 3 status. The tie will take place at Brightlingsea’s North Road ground on Saturday 30th August, kick off at 3:00pm.
