Another new signing as Max Sherlock arrives from Stanway Rovers

Bury Town have added their second new summer signing to the squad, welcoming Max Sherlock in from Essex Senior League side Stanway Rovers.

The 18 year old midfielder has caught the eye with some impressive performances for Stanway and the Blues got to the head of the queue for his signature ahead of other clubs.

Manager Ben Chenery had to say on his arrival at the Atalian Servest Stadium “Max is a talented midfielder, who matches the profile of the type of players that we like to bring to the football club. Max is comfortable with the ball in-possession and I look forward to working with Max and have no doubt that he has a bright future ahead of him”
