Luis Tibbles and Kyran Clements move on from the Denny Bros Stadium

Two of last season's team have decided to seek football away from the Denny Bros Stadium next season, with goalkeeper Luis Tibbles and defender Kyran Clements both leaving The Blues.

Luis Tibbles joined two years ago and made the number 1 shirt his own after Neil O'Sullivan left, and also earned a call up to an England representative side that played in the Falkland Islands last season, but he has informed Ben Chenery of his desire to seek a new challenge this season.

Also departing is central defender Kyran Clements. Kyran was offered a new contract at the end of the season but has declined the managers offer and will therefore depart the club. Kyran joined from AFC Sudbury three years ago when the Blues paid a fee for his signature, and as he is under the age of 24 and was offered terms of re-engagement, Bury Town will be due a fee for his services, and that will be negotiated in due course with his next club.

Ben Chenery had to say "I would like to thank both Luis and Kyran for their service to the club over the past few seasons and I wish them well with their next moves and whatever they go on to do with their future careers"

"Their departures obviously leave us with a couple of positions to fill but I am in discussions with players at the moment and as and when any signings are made it will be announced by the club. Luis and Kyran departing does not change our ambitions for the new season, I have replacements lined up and very much looking forward to getting started again in early July "
