Three second half goals send Bury to the top of the league.
After a poor first half from Bury which saw Wroxham have most of the possession Bury improved after the break to score three times and go top of the league. Both sides had their chances in the first half to open the scoring. On just 3 minutes Wroxham went close with Jake Platten crossing a dangerous ball across the box to Kyle Baker in the six-yard box but Baker could not make the chance count as the ball flew past him. Baker had another shoot saved by Neil Oâ€™Sullivan on 16 minutes after a good build up from the home side. Bury looked second best for most of the half but did have chances to score. On 21 minutes Josh Mayhew fired a shot just over the bar after beating the defence and was through on goal. again on 28 minutes Mayhew got in to the box only to have his shot cleared off the line by Matthew Halliday. Phil Weavers took up a great position in the box on 40 minutes and Ollie Hughes found him with a low pass but Wroxham keeper Elliot Pride made a brave save diving at the feet of Weavers to stop the danger.

Second half Bury started attacking quickly and in the first minutes of the half had a great chance to take the lead. Hughes was inches away from heading Blues in to the lead from a corner but the ball when past him and out of play. Wroxham had a chance on 54 minutes, after a good build up Ross Gilfedder hit a looping shot which Oâ€™Sullivan had to be at his best to save. Bury took the lead on 57 minutes when Tom Debenham headed in from a corner. Bury were lifted by the goal and started to increase the pressure on the Wroxham defence and on 66 minutes a low shot from Ryan Jolland had Hughes running in on the goal line but Hughes never gained control of the ball and the keeper collected the ball. Bury increased their lead on 80 minutes from a free kick into the box and a towering header from Weavers headed goal ward for Mayhew to get on the end of and get Buryâ€™s second goal. with the game looking comfortable for the Blues Noel Aitken chased down a ball heading out of play at the by-line, got the ball and showed great skill to keep the ball in play and slot his shot past the advancing keeper and in to the net from a very tight angle on 83 minutes. Bury ran out comfortable winners at the final whistle but Wroxham made them work hard for the win all game.
