Player Award winners 2016-17

Bury Town held their end of season Presentation Evening on Saturday as this season's award winners were announced. 

The Supporters player of the season award was won for the 2nd sucessive year by Ollie Hughes. Unfortuately Ollie was unable to collect the award due to holiday but it was presented to main club sponsor Glenn Edwards and collected on his behalf. 

The second award was for the club's Unsung Hero award and this went to popular Kit Man Doug Mott presented by manager Ben Chenery.

The next award was the Managers choice for his player of the season and this was awarded to Ryan Jolland who has progressed from the West Suffolk College academy to make a place in the first team his own over the past couple of seasons. 


The next award was to Young Player of the Season and this was awarded to Kyran Clements who has been a consistent performer in the centre of our defence since he joined at the start of the season on loan from Sudbury. 

The final award for the First Team was the Players player of the Season award and Kyran Clements picked up his second award as he was voted by his team mates and his award was presented by First Team Coach John Kennedy.
